Claims Administrator Position

A leading reinsurance company seeks a Claims Administrator to manage non-life claims, upkeep records, and liaise effectively with stakeholders and reinsurers. The role involves maintaining accurate claims documentation and supporting the overall claims process.

  • Process and manage non-life insurance claims.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect essential information and address claims-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with reinsurers to ensure timely claim settlements.
  • Maintain precise records of claims, payments, and correspondence.
  • Support claims team and perform general office tasks as needed.

Applicants must possess a University degree in Law, Finance, or similar fields. No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome. Must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, be proficient in both English and French, and competent in MS Office and claims software.
