Anahita Estates Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Trainee Land Surveyor to join their Property team at Alteo. This role requires working under the supervision of the Head of the Land Survey Division and collaborating with the Land Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating plans, maps, and various reports from land surveying activities.
- Manage applications for land permits and registrations.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and manage lease agreements and land asset portfolios.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold a Diploma in Land Surveying and be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Previous field survey experience and knowledge of land laws are necessary.
- Skills in GNSS, GIS technologies, and drone mapping are advantageous.
Candidates must be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be available to work outside office hours as needed.
