Job offer: Refrigeration Technician

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration systems and equipment. The Technician ensures systems operate efficiently and safely in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Installation and set up:
Install refrigeration units
systems and components as per design specifications
Assemble and connect pipes, tubing and electronical wiring for proper functioning
- Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration system
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, thermostats and fans
- Compliance and safety:
Ensure all works complies with safety standards and codes (E.g OSHA, EPA regulations)
Handle refrigerants safely, adhering to environmental regulations
Test system performance using gauges, meters and tools
- Documentation
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and system performance
Prepare reports on maintenance schedules, repair and safety compliance
- Customer Service
Interact professionally with clients or team members to address system concerns
Provide recommendations for improving efficiently and longevity
