Job offer: Driver-Messenger

(1) Messenger-Driver tasks and
(2) Support in Admin (follow-up of maintenance job, photocopy, scanning etc. and cleaning tasks)

1) To perform the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly assigned tasks as planned by your reporting line.
2) To carry out collection and dispatching of documents in a timely manner
3) To handle postage.
4) To ensure that banking process is followed and done in a timely manner.
5) To take good care of company vehicle
6) To back up the security officer for the parking space
8) To accompany staffs for clients meeting
9) To assist in cleaning once a day and perform any other admin tasks that may be assigned as and when the need arises
