Job offer: Technical Sales/ HSE Manager

We are seeking a Technical Sales/HSE Manager for our client in the construction sector. This role involves coordinating sales and rental operations to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The manager will be responsible for marketing services, ensuring staff safety, and providing technical and safety advice to customers and staff.

• Manage the sales/commercial business unit and maintain client loyalty.
• Conduct fiscal oversight, including budget management and invoice review.
• Communicate HSE policies effectively to all stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure adoption of safe work practices on-site.
• Facilitate compliance with site rules, HSE plans, and conduct regular inspections.
• Prepare and execute a comprehensive annual HSE training plan.
• Carry out competitive market analysis and maintain company efficiency through strategic planning and system implementations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field with a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry. Key skills include interpersonal, decision-making, and managerial capabilities.
