Main duties and Responsibilities :

1) To plan the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly assigned tasks based on the defined QMS process
2) To prepare the specifications, comparative tables and evaluation reports for new business renewals

1) To follow up on renewals
2) To be fully involved in the claims process and ensure claims are handled in a timely manner
3) To assist in proper maintenance of documents
4) To answer and to follow up clients’ queries
5) To update the internal operations system
6)To perform any other cognitive duties that may be assigned as and when the need arises
7) To back up reception as and when required
