- Ensure efficient coverage of the assigned area by Medical Representatives.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of Medical Representatives through regular assessments and training.
- Develop promotional plans and organize events for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with various departments to align promotional activities with company strategies.
- Oversee distribution networks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular sales management and business planning activities.
- Foster a culture of performance management and team development.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and administration.
- Experience in Primary care and medicine (Not diagnostic) is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, General Medicine, Dental Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Life Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a District Manager in the pharmaceutical industry or as a Medical Representative within the company. (this must be your current experience.)
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills, together with a high level of energy, great communication and presentations skills.
