Our client is a leading global provider of immigration and residency solutions, offering tailored services to individuals and businesses seeking international mobility. Due to the expansion of their business globally, they are looking to expand their immigration solutions to individuals and corporate clients within the African markets. Currently, they are seeking a Business Development Consultant to grow their immigration program portfolio in Lagos, Nigeria


As a Business Development Consultant, you are required to carry out the below duties:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the immigration services sector, targeting high-net-worth individuals ( HNWIs ), businesses, and other potential clients
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Able to present and promote a full scope of immigration services to inbound leads, resulting in closing the deal
  • Providing expert consultation and advice to client on the immigration options, local laws in Nigeria and additional countries
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging markets to refine sales strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress

Minimum 7 years of working experience as a Business Development Consultant, preferably in the immigration, legal or financial services sector
Proven track record of selling Immigration services to high net worth clients is preferred
Excellent fluency in English and additional languages ​​are an asset
Strong understanding of immigration services, including citizenship by invest, residency programs
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Must be willing to travel internationally for training purposes at least twice a year
