Job offer: Fast Food Operator

KFC is looking for hard-working, enthusiastic team members to join our fast-food restaurant chain as Fast Food operatives on a Full-Time basis. As a Fast Food operative, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing food, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to take direction well.

1. Customer Service:
-Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
-Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
-Ensure prompt service at the counter and Drive-Thru.
-Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
2. Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Prepare food items according to KFC’s standards and procedures.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and meet hygiene standards.
-Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety protocols.
3. Restaurant Operations and Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and conducting inventory checks.
-Participate in regular cleaning duties during and after shifts.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Support colleagues during peak hours to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, counter, and delivery staff.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.

Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic math skills for handling payments and stock counting.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
