Job offer: Rider

Our company is looking for a reliable and responsible Rider (Delivery Person) to join our team. As a Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. You will be responsible for delivering packages to various destinations, while adhering to the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

Pick up orders or packages from the designated locations
Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes customers in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain ongoing communication with the logistic team
Maintain accurate records of deliveries made and payments received
Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
Daily Cleaning, washing, and proper maintenance of the company vehicle
Report any delivery issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
Follow traffic laws and road regulations
Inspect delivery vehicle and ensure the safety of the fragile packages
Use navigation applications to determine the best route
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customers’ questions and handling complaints about deliveries
Document every pickup and drop-off accurately and report any discrepancies

-Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (for Motorcycle 125 cc)

-Excellent time management and organizational skills
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and remain -Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages as required
