Due to an expansion of their business, they are now seeking a Manager of Consumer Services to join their marketing team.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, You will be responsible for carrying out the below duties:
- Product Strategy & Development: Lead the development and execution of the consumer product strategy in Benin , focusing on delivering high-quality products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and gaps in the market.
- Product Life cycle Management: Manage the entire life cycle of consumer products and services, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch performance management.
- Customer Experience: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product offerings align with customer expectations and enhance overall user experience.
- Pricing & Positioning : Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and product positioning to maximize
- Innovation & Trends: Responsible for staying up to date with industry trends in Benin to drive product development and maintain a competitive edge
You bring 10 years of working experience as a Manager of Consumer Products & Services within the telecommunication sector covering the Bénin market
Proven track record of driving P/L ownership in a competitive commercial environment
Experience in leading change/transformation at an operational level
Excellent fluency in both French & English is required
Must be willing to relocate to Benin
You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively implement change within the group
