Job vacancy Technician/Helper Technician

Espace Maison Ltée is looking to recruit for immediate employment, 4 dynamic SAV - Technician for its shops located in Forbach, Trianon, Flacq and Tamarin. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical issues in machines and equipment sold by the retail
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure machines are functioning optimally
Conduct routine inspections and preventive
Provide clear and detailed explanations to customers about the issues identified and the repairs performed.
Candidate profile:

Minimum Qualification: Certificate in Mechanics or related field
2 years experience
Technical expertise in mechanics
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure
Continous learning and improvement mindset
Excellent customer service abilities
