Our client is a leading Insurance provider in Mauritius.
- Implement and strengthen the company's Business Acquisition and Retention strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets aligned with the strategic plan.
- Optimize efforts in recovering lost business and explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Enhance the company's Customer-Partner Relationship Management framework to improve client engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop leads and opportunities for new product offerings and value-added services.
- Drive product review and development initiatives tailored to niche market segments.
- Collaborate with the management team on marketing, advertising, promotional, and networking strategies.
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the company's vision, service culture, and brand identity.
- Manage project tasks effectively to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by management.
- Professional Insurance qualifications (ACII or equivalent) or Degree in Management, Economics or Risk Management and Insurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing and Management or progress towards would constitute an advantage.
- A minimum of 7 years of solid experience and senior position tenure in business development, portfolio/channel management or insurance brokerage with a strong insurance or insurance brokerage background (general insurance and specialty risks in particular)
