- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent mapping.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including database management and maintaining accurate records.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to develop your skills in recruitment, management, and leadership.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
