Job Summary

An administrative clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office by handling various clerical and administrative tasks.

Duties of Job

Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
Filing and Documentation: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
Scheduling: Arrange appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
Data Entry: Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Support: Assist other staff members with administrative tasks and projects.
Customer Service: Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
