Job Summary

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Maintains physical and digital filing systems. Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointment.

Duties of Job

Provide general administrative & clerical support to other Head of Department including filing, photocopying, mailing, scanning, Stationery purchase when required.
Job creation and Follow up
Maintain and update Company’s record (Certificates, licence, Insurance and any other documents) Keeping and updating records of Company’s vehicles (Road tax, Insurance, fitness, and any other related tasks)
Follow up and payment of utility bills on a timely basis.
Organising travel arrangements
Planning and organising events
