Job Summary

Weighing, measuring, and preparing ingredients: Ensuring all ingredients are accurately measured and prepared for baking.
Mixing dough and batter: Operating machinery to mix ingredients to the right consistency.
Dividing and shaping dough: Preparing dough for proving and baking.
Setting oven temperatures and cooking times: Ensuring products are baked to perfection.
Performing product quality checks: Ensuring all baked goods meet quality standards.
Decorating, finishing, slicing, and packaging products: Finalizing products for distribution.
Cleaning workstations, equipment, and machinery: Maintaining hygiene and safety standards

Duties of Job

1.Ingredient Preparation:
Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately.
Preparing ingredients for mixing.
2.Mixing and Baking:
Operating machinery to mix dough and batter.
Setting oven temperatures and baking times.
Monitoring baking processes to ensure quality.
3.Dough Handling:
Dividing, shaping, and preparing dough for baking.
Ensuring dough consistency and quality.
4.Quality Control:
Performing regular quality checks on baked goods.
Ensuring products meet company standards.
5.Finishing and Packaging:
Decorating and finishing baked products.
Slicing and packaging items for distribution.
6.Maintenance and Cleaning:
Cleaning workstations, equipment, and machinery.
Maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
7.Inventory Management:
Keeping track of ingredient stock levels.
Ordering supplies as needed.
8.Team Collaboration:Working with other bakery staff to ensure smooth operations.
Communicating effectively with team members.
