SENIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER
assist accountant in all accounting duties

• Assists accountants and accounting managers in handling the accounting department’s workflow
• Makes ledger entries and ensure accuracy of all transactions
• Reconcile accounts and balance company financials
• Prepares accounting reports for accounts receivables and payables and ensure proper follow up for debtors and suppliers
• Prepare payments to suppliers
• Control and correct entries where necessary
• Assist Accounts clerks and officers
• Assist in preparing month end closing reports
• Prepare and file statutory reports.
• Assist in annual audit review

GOOD KNOELEDGE OF MCROSOFT OFFICE
