We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team in a high-volume restaurant serving up to 200 covers per service. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of dishes to meet our guests’ culinary expectations. Your primary goal will be to ensure outstanding food quality and presentation while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

• Prepare ingredients and execute cooking according to recipes and standards.
• Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food production.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Uphold kitchen safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Contribute to menu planning and development as required.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
