Job offer: Maintenance Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Officer to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our restaurant and bowling facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems, as well as maintaining the physical condition of the premises. Your primary objective will be to uphold safety standards, minimize downtime, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

• Conduct regular inspections of restaurant and bowling equipment, including Acs, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and equipment repair.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor energy usage and implement measures to reduce consumption.
• Assist in the planning and execution of renovation and remodeling projects.
