The Nursing Home Attendant is someone responsible for assisting in care and personal support of patients / Residents as well as in charge of patient’s room hygiene and cleanliness according to internal procedures. The NHA should also assist patients in the basic needs like getting up, bathing, dressing, toileting, eating and others as well as to assist the Medical Nursing Staffs in their duty when required. The NHA should ensure the patients are satisfied with services they receive.

• Each patient’s room and corridors should be perfectly cleaned, disinfected. Ensure resetting and replacing of bed sheets and covers after all discharge.
• Replenish all room amenities whenever needed to ensure consistency in service.
• All used linens should be disposed to the Laundry Department replaced to cleaned ones. In charge of the stock of linen in pantries
• Support and accompany patients / residents to different departments when required by using carts or wheelchairs.
• Assist patients in their personal everyday needs. Medical Staffs will support where assistance will be required.
• Understand internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance on Health & Safety for our patients
• Assist the medical staffs for the patient’s Health and daily check ups and minor tests. Also, look and record for medication at our pharmacy
• Ensure a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by communicating politely and professionally.
• Conduct daily checks and ensure all equipment and items are properly maintained.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department.
