Job offer: Waiter/Waitress

Royal Green is looking for Waiters who play a vital role in the overall healthcare experience provided to patients. The Waiters have very important tasks to delivering nutritious meals that contribute to the healing and well-being of the patients / guests. Meticulous attention to detail ensures that dietary requirements, allergies, and personal preferences are adhered to, guaranteeing not only physical health but also the satisfaction of patients.

• Serve foods and beverage to patients in all designated areas and attend to special requests or last-minute arrangements.
• Waiters should demonstrate outstanding communication skills while interacting with patients and customers explaining about our meal options and assisting with menu selections
• Documentation of patients’ preference, allergens is mandatory
• Collection of feedback from patients to improve the quality of the Clinic meals provided. Corrective actions need to be taken where necessary. Complaints should be reported to supervisor.
• Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties.
• Ensure a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by communicating politely and professionally.
• Conduct daily checks and ensure all equipment and items are properly maintained.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department.
