Job offer: Cook, Hotel/Restaurant

Royal Green is looking for creative and energic Cooks to join its team of professionals assisting in food preparation.

• To Clean and sanitise working area before and after set up and whenever required
• Comply with Sanitation regulations and safety standards
• To prepare and cook Foods / dishes and develop new recipes and menu
• To check all products (dry, frozen and fresh provision) as per standard and support the chef for requisition
• To prepare “mise-en-place” of all foodstuffs as appropriate
• To ensure all dishes are prepared on time and meet quality standards ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• To prepare the plate as per instructions / fiches techniques
• To participate in presentation & decoration of buffet
• To ensure guests satisfaction during services
• To report customer complaints efficiently to superior
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department.

• Proven experience in a reputable kitchen.
• Ability to create and innovate new recipes and dishes.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a Team.
