Job Role: Indoor Sales Representative

The primary duty involves negotiating the best purchasing prices from maritime lines, co-shippers, and carriers. Additionally, you will issue quotations in a timely manner, follow up until a final outcome is reached, and assist Sales Executives. Updating various operational and financial performance reports is also required.

  • Prepare and send quotations within a maximum of 48 hours.
  • Follow up with clients for quotation approval and track uncompleted orders.
  • Negotiate prices as necessary with maritime lines and agents.
  • Transfer approved quotations to the Operations department.
  • Participate in monthly Sales meetings and update operational and financial reports via BI tools.

Qualifications: HSC with at least 1 year of professional experience in freight (operations or sales), proficiency in office tools, understanding of Incoterms, negotiation techniques, and technical knowledge of maritime and air freight are required. Excellent interpersonal skills (listening and communication) and a customer-focused attitude are crucial.
