Job Opening: Corporate Services Administrator

  • Maintain accurate company records as per internal and legal requirements.
  • Manage human resources, office facilities, and handle complaints.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities for timely and effective completion.
  • Handle statutory filings and maintain executed documents, contracts.
  • Coordinate and guide the team, provide training to juniors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: School Certificate, Higher School Certificate or equivalent, preferably with a University degree in Finance, Management, or Legal. Relevant work experience may suffice.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in corporate administration.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and organizational abilities. Must be flexible, detail-focused, multitasking, and able to work under pressure.
