Job offer: Supervisor

Reservation Supervisor manages the daily operations of the reservation department, leading a team of reservation agents to ensure bookings are handled accurately and efficiently. This role ensures high occupancy rates and customer satisfaction by overseeing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and solving any booking issues.

• Supervises the work of the Reservation Team Members
• Provides training and guidance in the good work execution of the Reservation TMs
• Checks all bookings made and ensures accuracy of inputs
• Liaises with Travel Agents/Tour Operators/Online partners as the case may be
• Follows up with Guests directly for their reservation queries
• Generates all appropriate reports
