Job offer: Driver-Messenger

The Driver/Messenger is responsible for safely transporting goods and documents to different locations. This role requires someone reliable and punctual who can manage deliveries on time and provide good customer service.

• Assist the Purchasing Supervisor with market research, supplier coordination, preparation of comparison tables, documentation related to procurement processes, and preparation of purchase orders (POs).
• Handle the dispatch, postage, and collection of letters, documents, and small electronic equipment for repairs to and from various locations.
• Assist with ad-hoc purchases, ensuring timely collection of goods as required.
• Maintain an organized record of deliveries, purchases, and dispatches, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
• Perform any other cognate duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the smooth operation of the purchasing department.
