Performing a variety of tasks relating to preparation of Pizza

1 Manage dough and stretch
2 Respect all food safety procedures and maintain quality standards
3 Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils and keep makeline clean and participate with store cleaning
4 Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times
5 Prepare great pizzas and side orders
6 Fold Boxes, stick labels to boxes according the pizza,Cut & Pack pizzas accordingly
7 Monitor and ensure exact measurement of all ingredients for all food items
8 Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned
9 Live by the values and vision of Domino’s Mauritius.
10 Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
11 Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
