Duties of Job | Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via chat to discuss products or services, address their inquiries, and obtain details of any complaints. Problem Resolution: Verify that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and the actions taken to address them. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive experience in all interactions. Compliance: Adhere to the company’s processes and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service. Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the company from time to time. |
Skills/Competencies | Minimum of an A-Level or Diploma. |
Salary Proposed | 16501 - 18000 (Mauritian Rupees) |
