  • Strategic Planning



Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the FMCG sector.

  • Team Leadership



Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve departmental goals and individual development.

  • Brand Management



Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies to maintain brand integrity and relevance in the market. Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

  • Market Research and Analysis



Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.

  • Product Development and Launch



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts and bring them to market. Coordinate product launches, including packaging design, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

  • Digital Marketing



Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising, to engage target audiences and drive website traffic and conversions.

  • Advertising and Promotion



Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, television, radio, and digital platforms. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI to optimize future marketing efforts.
