Review of Shoprite Hyper

Very bad customer service. Cashiers are irresponsible. Kept me waiting for more than 7 mins for just a plastic bag. Moreover she talked to me rudely. She seems not knowing her work. Thank you. I hope you will do the necessary things and provide a better service to attract customers because i'll be sharing this bad experience with my friends obviously.
P.s : i know the cashier name and her operator's number :)
