Bought a Samsung mobile from the Galaxy Shop, the phone start having a couple months, took it back to the shop as still on warranty. They send it for inspection and repair.I was asked to wait for 15 days which is the time give by law to fixed the problem. After 15 days no sign of the mobile and have to chase them to know what happening with the mobile as 15 days has already pass. I was asked to wait for another 2 days and I will get it back.Got back to them after the 2 days I was told that they haven't receive the mobile but after they inquired, once again I was asked to wait for another week and it would be back.They asked me just to bear with them, they will keep a close follow up. Days after I was given a call to say that the mobile is not ready yet they will inquire and let me know when i will get it back but on one called back.Went back to the shop asked them nicely what the matter with the phone but no one knew, so at that point I asked for a new phone or a re-fund. The shop in-charge asked me to give him one more day to see to it to get the phone back.I gave him the day.Next day I came they say sorry the phone is not ready.
From that point I was very up set, furious and out of patience. I asked the in-charge that now I want a full refund but he said this decision is not his only his boss can give the approval on that. Spoken to his bosses and chief engineer but non of the solve the problem.The only things they all did I apologies and say that they understand my situation where they are no. Well for me they don't care about the customer problem the only thing they care for is to Cash money the business nothing else. NEVER AGAIN TO SHOP AT ANY GALAXY SHOP.THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE WITH A SAMSUNG REPRESENTATIVE. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO SAMSUNG INTERNATIONALLY FOR YEARS BUT WHAT A PRICE TO PAY.
