1)The fact were we have pre order 2 signature chicken burgers, i thought when customers pre-reserved their dishes, they should have what they have order, you can't come with an excuse telling that you have only one burgers left. whats the use of pre-reserving a dish and they have already sold it
2)very Poor customer service in Mabuti Edith cavell st port louis.
3)putting customers hold for too long hours despite reservation were done.
4)`on that day the manager were present, despite that the fact of knowing it he did even bother to ask us what were our queries.
