Review Dissatisfaction because of an agent

Hello.id like to file a complaint against the type of service that i received from an agent named ms karishma dhunnoo.actually i had ordered for a tobias watch(as seen in pic below).in the pic the watch has brown straps.she called me yesterday and told me that the watch with brown strap isnt available but in black we do have it.so i then told her to take the black one but it must be the same watch.instead what she gave me today was an altogether different watch of the brand Asier.whats surprising is that this watch doesnt even figure in the brochure for this particular campagne,that is,the brochure which she showed to me.also the 2 watches as seen in the pictures below are so much different.now she is insisting that i pay for it.im refusing to do so but she is adamant on the fact that i need to pay for it.so thats why i felt really disappointed with the service even if im fond of avon products n have been a customer since a long time.
