Question for Gungah Dr O S K Kooshalanund

Am 24yrs and am sexually active. Since Nov 2017 am not getting my menses. I've gone through blood test at a laboratory but the result is negative. I even done urine test twice but negative.
The problem is my belly is growing and I also get swollen feet. From my nipples there is a yellowish liquid coming out. Am really worried and want to confirm if this is a sign of pregnancy. Please contact me soon.
