Question for Dr Ananda Murday

Dear, i am housseine nakia from moroni comoros.i am 4 months pregnant.i did two caesarean in hospital candos victoria with dr murday.it is my third, i want to know if i can give birth in a clinic with him and which clinic?i want to know also if i can have a fourth caesarean if possible. if possible how much i will pay in clinic? in waitin your response thanks in advance
