Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced VoIP Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, configuring, and maintaining VoIP systems, particularly with the 3CX platform.

Duties of Job

Install and configure VoIP systems based on 3CX.
- Provide maintenance and technical support for VoIP systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to VoIP systems.
- Train end-users on the use of VoIP systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate VoIP solutions into the existing network infrastructure.
- Write technical reports and document procedures.

Skills/Competencies

- Proven experience with the 3CX platform.
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.).
- Networking skills (TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
