Job offer: Factory Operator

Must have a good experience in running a 4 ft batch gas fryer with a filtration and cooling system. Must have a good knowledce in manipulating wet and dry grinder for the production of sweet potato, manioc and banana flour. must be familiar with the frying temperatures of sweet potato, manioc, potato and bananas chips.

1. Operating of filtration and water cooling system
batch fryer.
2. Operating the wet and dry milling machine.
3. Maintaining and cleaning of machines.
4. Monitoring weight and mixture of raw materials
5. Control of daily requirements and outputs.
