Job offer: Operation Manager

Our boutique security services company is looking to recruit an individual with sound management skills, preferably with experience in the same industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for our team of security guards and maintaining healthy relationships with our clients.

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with skills and experience, and a company car will be provided

• Security staff project a professional and trusted image with clients, and within the broader community
• Client sites are manned adequately per client requirements and contractual terms
• Daily operational management of security personnel including but not limited to their safety and well-being
• Staff compliance with relevant legislation of the Republic of Mauritius, company procedures, and other company policies
• Staff are fit-for-purpose, and adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Administrative liaison between head office and security guards
• Healthy and collaborative relationships with clients, and other relevant third parties
