1. Execute Transport Planning, including managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary

2. Coordinate and track movement of containers throughout the Logistic pathways

3. Maintains quality throughout the Logistic Processes through timely coordination and feedback

4. Pick up and deliver documents to drop-off points/ other business concerns

1. Advising your line Manager of all Logistics Movement

2. Collection of necessary paper work for import/ export Containers

3. Collection of cheques from clients and deposit of payment to suppliers and and when required

4. Providing Updates to clients on the Delivery Process.

5. Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation and allied matters within the organisation.

6. Organising schedules & routes for Drivers

7. Ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.

8. Ensuring Road Tax/ Insurance/ Fitness/ of all vehicles and Truck/ Driver’s CHCL Passes are in Order

9. To be a key player in making things happen
