Job offer: Waiter/Waitress

*Report customer complaints efficiently to his/her superior
*Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests
*Follow-up of all procedures

*Attend daily briefings in his/her department and follow instructions from superiors concerning the daily planning of the outlet that he/she is assigned to work for
*Answer queries about all items on the restaurant menu, their basic ingredients and method of preparation
*Perform “mise en place” of tables, service stations, as instructed by immediate superiors
