Job Summary | The HR Graduate will perform any cognate duties and assist the HR Team in any project that may arise. |
Duties of Job | Roles and Responsibilities -Screen of candidate applications through different job portals -Keep up to date with regards to all open vacancies and incoming CVs -Schedule interviews/tests and to liaise with the different stakeholders -Assist the HR team in any administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties -Prepare HR-related reports as needed -Participate in organizing company events and careers days -Adhere to all organization policies and procedures |
Skills/Competencies | Qualifications and Experience -Diploma or higher qualification or equivalent. -Proficiency of Ms Office tools -Flexible in terms of working hours -Previous internship experience in the field of HR and/or specialization in the field of HR would be an advantage? Skills -Detail oriented -Must be a team player -Desire to learn and expand knowledge base -Good interpersonal and communication skills -Good Level of written and spoken English and French |
