Job offer: Laboratory Technician

Royal Green is looking for a skilled, experienced and motivated Lab Technician.

Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation for experiments and tests.
• Conduct routine tests and analyses following established protocols and procedures.
• Collect, label, and analyze samples (e.g., blood, chemicals, environmental substances) under strict laboratory guidelines.
• Record and analyze data from experiments, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Assist in developing and modifying testing procedures and methodologies for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and proper laboratory procedures.
• Order and maintain laboratory supplies and chemicals, ensuring that stock levels are adequate.
• Document and communicate results to senior scientists and researchers.
• Follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality control guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department.

• BSc Chemistry/BEng Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Experience as Medical Laboratory Technician will be an advantage.
• Flexible to meet the needs of the service.
