Royal Green is looking for a dynamic and talented Cook - Indian Cuisine

• To prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes and develop new recipes and menu
• To check all products (dry, frozen and fresh provision) as per standard and support the chef for requisition
• To prepare “mise-en-place” of all foodstuffs as appropriate
• To ensure all dishes are prepared on time and meet quality standards ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• To prepare the plate as per instructions / fiches techniques
• To participate in presentation & decoration of buffet
• To ensure guests satisfaction during services
• To report customer complaints efficiently to superior
• To maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
• To manage kitchen staff and assist in their training.

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a reputable kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to create and innovate new recipes and dishes.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a Team.
