Position:
TELEMARKETER & SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER (M/F).

Missions/Duties:
- Making Outbound Calls: Reaching out to potential customers via phone to introduce and promote products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calls, lead databases, and customer referrals.
- Product Promotion: Presenting product information clearly and persuasively, emphasizing key benefits, and answering customer questions.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Customer Follow-up: Calling previous leads or clients to provide updates, answer further inquiries, and maintain relationships.
- Recording Information: Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Handling Objections: Responding to customer concerns and objections to help move them toward a positive decision.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding set quotas or sales targets for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
- Market Research: Gathering market intelligence by asking customers questions and taking note of trends or feedback.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a positive customer experience by being polite, empathetic, and resolving any issues promptly.

Media Officer Duties:
- Media Planning and Strategy: Developing and executing media plans to promote the company's products or brand across different media channels (social media, TV, print, radio, etc.).
- Content Creation: Writing and editing press releases, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and other media content to represent the brand.
- Social Media Management: Managing the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including posting regular content and engaging with followers.
- Public Relations: Building relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to ensure positive media coverage.
- Media Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing media mentions, news coverage, and trends that affect the company or industry.
- Crisis Communication: Handling negative publicity and media crises by developing and disseminating appropriate responses.
- Event Promotion: Promoting company events or product launches through various media channels, including managing media attendance.
- Advertising Management: Coordinating and managing paid advertising campaigns (both online and offline) to ensure they align with company goals.
- Performance Reporting: Creating reports to evaluate the success of media campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Overseeing the budget allocated to media campaigns and ensuring all expenses are within the financial plan.

Profile:
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Fluent in English and French.
