Position:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE OUTDOOR (5 Candidates both full time & part-time) - BlueWater (Residential and Corporate Clients).
Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative for BlueWater, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative water purification systems to both residential households and corporate clients. You will identify and engage potential customers, present the benefits of BlueWater systems, conduct water tests, and close sales while building strong relationships.This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and generate leads for both residential and corporate clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop a pipeline of potential customers and set up meetings or demonstrations.
2) Product Demonstrations:
-Conduct on-site or virtual demonstrations of BlueWater purification systems for households, businesses, and organizations.
- Explain the features and benefits of the water purifiers in a simple and compelling manner to address customer needs.
3) Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BlueWater systems (e.g., Cleone, Spirit, or Pro model) based on water conditions, usage, and budget.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent post-sale support and water testing services.
4) Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both residential and corporate segments.
- Close sales deals by handling objections and negotiating terms with clients.
5) Water Testing:
- Perform water quality tests (e.g., Total Dissolved Solids – TDS) to demonstrate the need for a BlueWater system, highlighting the system's purification efficiency.
6) Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and leads in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
7) Corporate and B2B Sales:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to corporate clients such as hotels, businesses, hospitals, and government agencies.
- Work closely with key decision-makers to present customized water solutions and offer bulk purchase options or service agreements.
8) Collaborating with Teams:
- Work with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related issues.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in water purification systems, home appliances, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
- Results-driven and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of water quality, filtration systems, or environmental products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Driving Licence by preference.
