Job offer: Head Waiter/ Chef de Rang

To supervise and coordinate the activities of the team. This includes assigning sections or tables, monitoring service quality, and providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of service.

• Ensure that the hotel policies, procedures, and standard operating processes are adhered.
• Effectively communicates with Guests, Chef team and Team Members
• Providing excellent customer service is the primary responsibility.
• Responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

• With 1-2 years of experience in the same field
• Customer service-oriented with effective communication skills in English & French (written & verbal)
• Ability to work on a roster and shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Good team player, reliable and flexible
• Adherence to grooming standards
• Punctual with a good attendance record
• Attention to details
• Be fully conversant with all health and safety and hygiene procedures
• An updated clean certificate of character
