Job offer: Cashier

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to provide excellent customer service and process transactions accurately.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain up to date Statement of Accounts for Clients.
Follow up of payments received via internet banking
Assist in processing of Bank Reconciliation
Maintain proper filing of customers’ payments, receipt advice, Internal Requisition Advice Etc..
Attend clients in a professinal manner
Perform cashier transactions.
Handle petty cash
Perform banking for cash and cheque transactions
To prepare monthly and daily reports
Input cash receipt journal and production entries on accounting software
Any cognate duties as per the requirement of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
HSC
Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment preferred
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures.
Must be reliable and punctual
