BOG’s aim is to also enter into the build-to-sell and build-to-lease standalone and duplex residential units over the next 18 months. The company currently holds exclusive development rights to a land bank of freehold and beachfront leasehold plots of land​ in the northern region of Mauritius of over 10 acres. BOG also offers investment and transaction advisory services to select corporate clients
