BL Harbert International, LLC began construction operations in 2000 under the leadership of Billy Harbert, Jr., carrying on a family tradition in the construction industry dating back to the 1940s. We are proud to be one of the construction industry’s very few family-owned companies with a worldwide portfolio of successfully completed projects.

BL Harbert has two main operating groups, International and U.S. The U.S. Group is further divided into the following divisions: industrial, commercial, healthcare, and federal. The U.S. and International groups undertake preconstruction, general construction, construction management, and design-build services for private and public sectors.
